Mar Gregorios Renewal Centre is located adjacent to Girideepam Convention Centre situated in the auspicious Mar Ivanios Vidyanagar Campus, Nalanchira, Thiruvanathapuram, Keralam. 695015. This centre is complemented with an array of facilities that range from housing accommodations for the guests, for hosting banquets for large and small programs and teams to cherish various occasions. This venue has become a pivotal centre for a good number of Governmental and Non-Governmental residential programmes. The Renewal Centre spreads into a wide expanse of cool, serene and lush ambience with beautiful layout. It encompasses an auditorium that can host 350 guests and there is an adjacent dining hall that has a seating capacity of 350. The hall is used simultaneously for corporate gatherings as well as for weddings and other small functions. The centre also provides further flexible options of two Mini halls that can accommodate 50 guests each to conduct classes, meetings and events in a quiet backdrop. In addition, there are Four A.C Rooms, Twelve 3 bedded, non Ac Rooms and many Dormitories with the capacity of 370 Beds, which offers safe and clean housing for guests and families.
